Gmail deployment
Deploy email signatures straight into every Gmail inbox
No add-in, no browser extension, no mail routing. SigDeploy writes the signature into each person's own Gmail signature setting through Google's API, and shows you exactly what happened.

Gmail-native, not bolted on
SigDeploy uses the Gmail API to set the signature in each employee's Gmail settings. It appears the next time they compose a message in Gmail, and there is nothing for them to install, paste or approve.
Because nothing sits between your people and their inbox, there are no mail-flow changes to make and nothing to maintain on your mail routing.
Deploy with confidence, not hope
- 1
Test on yourself
Send a test deployment to your own mailbox and check it in Gmail first.
- 2
Choose the audience
Pick the signature and who receives it: everyone or a subset.
- 3
Watch it run
Follow progress live as each mailbox updates.
- 4
Review and retry
Read a per-mailbox log with plain-English reasons, then retry only the failures.
Built for Google's limits
Large deployments run through a background queue that backs off when Google rate-limits or errors, so big workspaces finish without babysitting. One deployment runs per workspace at a time, and your history keeps a record of every run.
Frequently asked questions
Do my employees need to do anything?
No. SigDeploy sets the signature in each person's Gmail settings for them. It appears the next time they compose a message in Gmail.
What happens if a deployment fails for some people?
The log shows each failure with a plain-English reason. Retry only the failed mailboxes in one click.
Does it work with Outlook or Microsoft 365?
Not today. SigDeploy is built only for Google Workspace and Gmail. That focus is deliberate.
What if someone changes their own signature?
Run a deployment any time to bring everyone back to the approved version. The Units and Employees views show who is out of date.
