Org-unit signatures
Assign email signatures by Google organizational unit
Your org chart already lives in Google. SigDeploy uses your organizational units to decide who gets which signature, so there are no per-person assignments to maintain.

Your org chart, already in Google
SigDeploy mirrors your Google Workspace organizational units. Each unit appears as a card, so the structure you already manage in the Admin console is the structure you assign signatures with.
A company default, with overrides per unit
Choose one signature as the company default, then set a different default for any unit. The most specific unit wins: a person in a sub-unit gets that unit's signature, otherwise the nearest parent unit's, otherwise the company default.
- 1
Set the company default
Every employee gets it unless a unit says otherwise.
- 2
Override per unit
Give Sales, Support or Leadership their own signature.
- 3
Deploy
Sync a single unit, or everyone, in one click.
See who is out of date
SigDeploy compares the signature each person should have with the one last deployed to their Gmail. Badges show who is aligned, who has never been synced and who has the wrong signature, so drift is visible at a glance.
People can edit their own Gmail signature. Deploy again whenever you want to bring everyone back to the approved version.
Frequently asked questions
What if a unit has no signature set?
SigDeploy falls back to the nearest parent unit that has one, and then to the company default.
Can I deploy to just one team?
Yes. Use Sync this unit to push the resolved signature to the people managed under that unit.
Does SigDeploy lock signatures so people cannot change them?
No. People can edit their own Gmail signature. Run a deployment any time to restore the approved version, and use the badges to see who has drifted.
Do I have to assign signatures person by person?
No. Assignment follows your organizational units, so a new person inherits the signature of the unit they sit in.
