Build with blocks, not HTML
The editor works like a slide: drag blocks into place, style them, and see the result immediately. Start from a template or a blank canvas, and your work saves as you go.
Keep as many signatures as you need. Sales, support, leadership and each brand can have its own look, then you choose which one goes to whom when you deploy.
Text
Names, titles, phone numbers and any custom line.
Logo
Your company logo from the image library.
Headshot
A per-person photo, filled in for each employee at deploy time.
Social icons
Links to the profiles you choose.
Button
A call to action such as Book a demo.
Banner
A static banner or a scheduled campaign slot.
Disclaimer
Legal or confidentiality text at the foot of the signature.
One design, personalized for every person
Drop variables into the design and SigDeploy fills them from each person's Google Workspace profile. You maintain one signature; every employee gets their own name, title and phone number.
Before anything is deployed you can preview the exact signature a real employee will receive.
{{first_name}}
The person's given name.
{{last_name}}
The person's family name.
{{job_title}}
Their title from the directory, or your correction.
{{phone}}
Their phone number.
{{email}}
Their work email address.
Email-safe HTML by construction
Email clients are not browsers. SigDeploy compiles your design to nested tables with inline styles only, with no reliance on a style block in the head and no flexbox or grid in the delivered HTML.
That is the format that holds its layout when recipients open your email in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. You never see or edit the markup.
Images that do not break
Upload logos, banners and headshots to the image library. Images are cropped on upload and hosted at permanent HTTPS addresses, so they load for recipients instead of showing as broken attachments.
Per-employee headshots can come from the person's Google photo or from an uploaded round or square image.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know HTML to build a signature?
No. You design visually with blocks and variables. SigDeploy generates the table-based HTML for you.
Can I have different signatures for different teams?
Yes. Create as many signatures as you like and assign them by Google organizational unit, or choose one each time you deploy.
Can I add a legal disclaimer?
Yes. The Disclaimer block adds legal or confidentiality text to the foot of any signature.
Will the signature look right for people who receive our email?
Signatures are built from nested tables with inline styles, the layout approach email clients render most reliably, so they are designed to look right in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
